Everyone deserves a second chance. However, sometimes, being so considerate is more harmful and it is better to state your experience and let others judge for themselves. ..I had a very bad experience in this store, one laced with racist undertones. The older assistant, Liz, and the shop manager/owner, who is also female, are incredibly rude and self-absorbed. Rather than admit their fault, they took it upon themselves to defend their actions and words which says a lot about the kind of people that own this place and work here. Having said that, the younger female assistant is as lovely as anything. My gut instinct is that if I was white Caucasian, I would not have encountered this problem and been spoken to like that. Make of that what you will."
