"Very poor service. Posted a Garmin watch for repair with Royal Mail first class signed for service that cost £5.90. They took 10 days to say they couldn't source the screen that needed replacing. But then charged me £14.90 to return it (invoice stated £7.90 postal charge and £7.00 oversize parcel which it clearly wasn't because it came back in the same box I sent it in). Rip off merchants. Avoid at all costs."

"Good company to deal with. Thought they would have given bit more information on the PCB I sent to them. They wanted money up front to investigate fault. I would have liked at least a pre investigation & then estimate to repair. Good communication throughout & I got PCB returned without repair."
"I have been having issues with my 20 year-old Bose Wave CD Radio sound system. Although I'd had it for over 20 years, it was in excellent condition to look at. However, the LED display had faded completely and the CD player eventually failed too, after years of intermittent failing to start. I thought the days of finding a capable technician to repair a specialist piece of kit were gone. This is a throwaway society now. I searched "Bose HiFi repairs near me". Electronic Partners came up, they certainly weren't local, but I decided to make contact. Their customer portal is first class. Communication was prompt and efficient. The repair estimate was provided with full diagnosis and itemised schedule. The unit was fixed and returned at a fraction of the cost of a replacement. I'm very happy with their service and I would definitely recommend them."
"Excellent job done on our Nintendo Switch Lite (replaced screen and joysticks). There is a good automatic communication system in place so you always know at what stage your repair is at. The only reason it gets 4 not 5 stars is that the process took about a month from sending to getting back. If it could have been done in two weeks, I would have given 5."
