"It was my first time using Eden Tyres and I'll certainly be using them from now on. The Leicester branch has a skilled and professional team that took time to investigate the vibration problem i was having trouble with. One wheel was slightly bent and caused vibration through the chassis at motorway speeds along with a bunch of other seemingly unrelated problems. I was relieved to take it on a drive and find the vibration gone and the other issues sorted. Thanks again guys!"
"After weeks of not getting my dodgy wheel alignment looked at, I called ETS at 10.30am (on a Saturday) they had availability at 11.30am and it was all fixed by 12.00pm! Friendly staff who were happy to talk me through what was wrong with the wheels, how long the fix would take and how much it would cost. Great customer service and would definitely recommend."
"Arrived with a puncture and Ford ( Focus) wheel nuts which had ‘swollen’ and no longer fitted my wrench. I received excellent friendly advice and service from the team. The issues were dealt with. The price was reasonable and crucially I never felt that I was being pushed into changing any tyres or parts that still had life in them. I will certainly return. Very satisfied indeed."
"The team was fantastic today despite the freezing conditions. Really happy with the service from the front desk to the team working on the car, I even got a free drink. If there is anything I can change that is the coffee machine. On a day where it’s -2 I could have done with a hot drink and not a luke warm one."
