"*update 7/7 - replacement flowers came and they’re absolutely rubbish. Majority are dead and there has been no care with the ones that are supposed to be colourful (see photos). Wish my boyfriend had just gotten his money back* I am absolutely disgusted at the experience my boyfriend has had with this company. He has gone away on holiday and was away over my birthday, he purchased flowers with sweets and a card as well as paying extra for quicker delivery. My birthday was on Saturday and they were due to arrive then, they didn’t arrive until the Monday. He was continuously trying to get in touch with the company to find out where they were and he got no response until the Monday morning. He was devastated he missed my birthday and I was devastated they didn’t arrive in time and I feel he has wasted money. As a resolution, the company have offered him a refund for only the postage but not the flowers, and are instead sending replacements out. I have the original bouquet and now I’m going to be getting the same again? I would have much preferred him to have just received a refund for the original order as on the day of my birthday he organised an alternative (emergency) delivery of flowers from a store local to me and they actually got delivered on the day in time; so that was additional money he spent to replace the disappointing and missing delivery from this company. Will not be using again and I will tell others not to use."
"Just received my "large" bouquet of flowers via Royal Mail and am utterly disappointed. To say I have paid an extra £10 to upgrade to large bunch, I can buy a much larger bunch for £10-£15 in the local supermarket. I paid £36 for these I specifically chose to order from Cancer Research UK as 25% of my order is donated to yourselves. This pathetic bouquet of flowers are meant to be for a cancer patient currently going through the toughest time of her life. I am embarrassed to present these to her! The money used to purchase these flowers was from a collection donated by her friends and family. What do you expect me to say to them given a abysmal amount of flowers received. Unable to contact by phone and no responses on live chat"
