"Nothing is ever too much trouble and that includes hunting down the recipient when they've been given a completely wrong address. Tanya saved the day when delivering my Daughter's 21st birthday flowers to her at work. She's a teacher and we'd given Tanya the details of the wrong school (long story) but Tanya and her partner persevered and found the right place and still within the time frame requested. Not only was the service fantastic but the flowers were amazing and at this time of year when the choices are limited Tanya was triumphant. Thank you."
"The funeral of my son took place on 26/05/2022. The funeral directors were Gaurdian funeral services based in shipley and flowers were purchased on my behave from elsie russell florist. The cost of the coffin topper was £200. I never recieved the coffin topper. I received a small wreath which i never ordered. I was so disappointed i cried. No explanation no refund and no apology."
