"My pooch absolutely loves it here and she's comfortable with my leaving her to have her treatments which isn't always an easy situation as she has attachment issues. Always comes out with a smile on her face and smelling absolutely gorgeous."
"I took my much loved but elderly and grumpy scruffy collie ,and she came out looking so beautiful ( she looks so much younger)and is far more comfortable which is the important thing. They did an incredible job with a difficult dog .I couldn't be more pleased...thoroughly recommend"
"Won’t use again. On the 6 occasions my pooch visited always same complaints from owner. He was too much for them too handle and hyper active. Blame was put down to food I was feeding him. Last time he visited blame was down to his colouring. In her opinion dogs that have red in them are aggressive !! He was only there for less than forty minutes and I had a call to collect him as she found him difficult to manage and I was charged full price!! He’s a puppy and I expected someone with experience to have the skills and knowledge to complete task. Evidently not in this establishment."
"First time taking my pup to groomers. Got shampoo, hair cut, nails cut and teeth cleaned and my pup was well cared for and looked after - he seemed very happy. Staff were professional and caring (as I was more nervous than my pup) he’s looking trimmed and smart. Great job I’ll be back"
