"I'd like to change my initial review. This week I tested positive for Covid19 and was taken to hospital. The appointment we had booked was missed and I received a text message. When I replied apologising and informing the owner that I was I'll and was isolating, the response I got was "that doesn't stop you letting me know". We will be finding another groomer"
