"My puppies first groom....she looks fabulous"
"Took my cockapoo to Lucy and he was stripped down to bare skin in places and really patchy. When I complained they had the audacity to say it was just his anatomy and that it was his fault as he didn’t like being groomed! No wonder - I saw another girl in there pulling a dog around by its beard when she was trimming his face. My dog has had many grooms in the past and this had never happened before. They offered me a 50% refund but I felt this was insulting! The groom cost £47 and I was horrified to see him in such a state. I would never take my dog back there."
"Took my st shepherd here for the first time. He has only been to the groomers twice at Melbourne but wasn’t happy with the service. He came out looking like new, he was so clean and everything that I wanted was completed above and beyond. Another perk is after 5 washes or visits you get your 6th free and also been a vip you get loyalty discounts. Very friendly and helpful with all the questions I had to ask"
