"Absolutely beautiful place to walk, loved every minute. Great for dog walking too. Easy to park at the Malt pub then walk down goit stock lane to the start of the off road pathway - clearly marked."
"Knowing where to park was the worst bit of the experience as there wasn't a designated parking area, so just had to park on the side of the road.... But.....it was well worth it, the walk beside the water all the way to the waterfall was a lovely walk, very rocky in places, tree roots to navigate around and a small amount of climbing but very little. The walk back after crossing the bridge after the fall was through the fields... Would definitely visit again when next in the area"
"Beautiful woodland walk ending with a surprise little waterfall. It takes around 45 minutes to get to the waterfall. Scenic views along the walk, starts with some fields with farm animals then the woods and finishes with the beautiful waterfall. The trail can be bit slippery and steep so you will need strong walking shoes/trainers."
"The main and most spectacular waterfall in the woods. Can be accessed from Goit Stock Lane or down Hallas Lane. Pick up the signs for the waterfall. Paths can be muddy and slippery so be careful. Popular place. Not safe to swim in."
