"Shame about this place. I wanted to shop locally but it seems you need to go next door to the grooming salon just to get someone to serve you. They claim on their website to be knowledgeable but when i went it seemed like i had inconvenienced them by visiting. I had a dog with a sensitive stomach and they had no idea what to recommend and then said all vets love Chappie. I have no words."

"Wonderful shop with wonderful workers. You can tell they really care for their customers. Alison the owner is a lovely lady. She always makes sure she can fit my dog in for a grooming even if it means working extra hours. I would never change groomers, they always go above and beyond to work around my working schedule. It is a small business and thats what I like about it. They show their passion in their great customer service. Highly recommended."
