I read the email that was sent out to customers regarding this and felt it was sugar coated and not realistic. My parents came to speak witha senior member of staff and was responded to with screaming and shouting."

After many parents came in to speak with the manager, She was extremely rude and began screaming and swearing at them. Multiple Parents are furious at how rude she was. "I have just gone to reception to check in and yet again the woman on the desk is rude. No hello, no please,thank you nothing. The only words she spoke was the password for the gym. I like this gym and over the years I have stopped my membership and gone to other gyms because of rude reception staff. If this happens one more time I will cancel my membership. I didn't even use the gym today, I wrote this review in the changing room and walked out as I am really angry."
