"Absolutely Dismal!! Would never recommend spoke to 3 different advisors and was promised a call back guess what...still waiting 2 weeks later! As a newly self employed business owner I contacted shah and co asking for advice and potentially looking to appoint them as the accountants for my company. After calling 3 times due to the lack of communication from them I finally spoke to someone who apologised profusely. They promised me a call back ASAP to get this resolved and I am still waiting for this call 2 weeks later.
