"The poorest customer service ever! I went to the store to buy hamster to my little girl. It was evening, store was empty. Unfortunately staff was ready to go home and lied to me that they can not sell any pet due to their daily rhythm ? Apparently it was too late for hamsters to change their home and I could only buy them on the morning next day. Also, the man who was speaking with us what highly patronising us. Unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. I will never come back there. If you need anything from pet store, find different one."

We tried 3 separate occasions and got given different excuses each time witch made our son upset having an empty fish tank sat at home. We struggled to find staff here and found them to be very rude and unhelpful. Highly recommended not going here and we definitely will not be returning again."
