"£2500 payment made and Anna is withholding it, I have just started my company back up after being dormant and they request a profile of information that I can not currently provide due to just getting my business off the ground again. What’s their excuse? KYB (know your business) policy.. so now they have the right to withhold my money until further notice. Honestly normal banking systems make ore sense… this is very intrusive."

I am skeptical however, after reading most of the reviews on here, it seems business' that have larger transactions (perhaps over 10k) and multiple payroll transactions have suffered issues. "Absolutely terrible experience, my account has been frozen with no notice whatsoever, I provide all of the documents they have requested within an hour and am still yet to get anything other than an automated response. They refuse to give me any timeframe as to when this will be resolved. I have also asked to have my account closed and funds transferred to my personal account which they are refusing to do, despite in section 9.2 of there terms and conditions its states that this is my right to do at anytime. I only wish I had read these reviews before signing up, I also find it interesting that when you Google ANNA Money, there Google profile does not come up, seems as if they are intentionally there Google profile. AVOID AVOID AVOID."
