"Reuben is amazing - our return flights got cancelled, but fortunately Oaks Cattery could extend my cat’s stay. Knowing she would be so well looked after was a complete weight off my shoulders. After almost 7 weeks (which is the longest she’s ever been away from us), Reuben dropped her off today and you can tell she is completely relaxed and pampered. "Second time writing a review for Oaks Cattery.... I could not be happier or more grateful for Vicky and Oaks Cattery. She is such a lovely person and I feel so confident and calm leaving my cat, Coco with her. Of course I worry as Coco is timid and spoilt rotten but I know she will be ok at Oaks. I was unable to use Oaks Cattery the last time I went away as they were full and so I had to put Coco in a different cattery. I came home to a distraught and disheveled cat and it was awful, so upsetting. Luckily this week, Oaks had space! I was so relieved that I could leave Coco with Oaks Cattery and as the times before, I collected Coco and she is happy, groomed well and the picture of health! Thanks Vicky, I really appreciate you looking after my cat so well :)"
