"Dealing with these cowboys for last months and no end in sight. I had to abort the process and go elsewhere and lost valuation fee and time"
"A year or so ago had very good interest rates on savings between 0.5% and 0.75% above BOE base rate. However, like most banks these days delivering up less of a service and ripping off the public at every opportunity, Cambridge and Counties have failed miserably to pass on the full extent of base rate increases to their customers over the last 12 months or so, and my two savings accounts are now only paying 2.05% and 2.3% when the BOE base is now 2.25%. So instead of earning +0.5% and +0.75%, now paying 0.2% below base on one account, and only +0.05% on the other. Time to look at moving my funds elsewhere I think..."
