The gentleman was very careful with my jewellery, and identified the issue almost immediately as I had struggled. My necklace was fixed there and then, on the spot, I was absolutely thrilled as it is a very sentimental piece. There was also another lady serving another customer who was lovely as well. Cannot fault the staff or service, what a fantastic place, thank you. I’ll be back for any future purchases or repairs."
