"Repair to front end of our dacia duster done really good and paint match spot on however the bonnet edge and the wing edges have over lacquer and tape marks also I had to fully clean the car as it was dirty even bird dropping on top even the new head lights fitted were not even adjusted correctly as i had to adjust them and the office staff not helpful in any way but the body shop man who brought the car back was nice and pleasant to me they get the job done and straight out just a bit more manners and Care to make the cars clean would have made me go more on the stars ."
"Absolutely shocking service. Arrogant 'woman' on the phone called Cheryl who refused to give me her last name. She informed that I was not approved to discuss my car with them and if she did it would be a breach of GDPR. I then told her that I had spoken to them several times, namely 16/12/22 at 13.05 for 3 minutes, 19/12/22 at 10.02 for 6 minutes and 21/12/22 at 15.07 for four minutes. They have had my car for around two weeks, will not give me any updates or give me the courtesy car that me and my family need over this period. Dispite being told sevral times prevously that I was named on the policy, today I'm not. She then put the phone down and told me her name was 'ZARA Homewear' be a bit more original luv...zzzzzz. So by there own admission they are in breach of GDPR regulation and they will hear from my solicitor shortly. I just want my car back from these bandits."
"Communication was mainly done by myself chasing up for updates, then they just sent an Automated text with an update on the work they needed to carry out, expected the car to be finished (these messages came out of the blue, and felt a little personable). It felt like I was doing all the work in asking for any updates. The staff once you deal with them in the office/reception are nice, but could be more helpful. All chats with them seem scripted etc. There is one Chap called James, when speaking to him he telephoned me and went through all the work, and how it would be done etc. He spent a lot of time speaking to me and was an excellent person, and also the service.... I had an issue after picking up my car, I thought someone had scratched the inside of my petrol cap or had not painted correctly, Jane again spoke to me after I sent through my photos. I agreed to meet James on a time we both were free to check over my vehicle there was no damage, just some compound that had not been cleaned off, it did take a while to get off James did this for me. A Big Thank you from myself to James who I found out was the site manager. 5 stars (the service from James is why I have rated 5 stars, and not 4 stars)."
"AVOID! Read this review before you use this Garage! (Make sure to read update at end of this review) This Garage was contracted by my insurer to repair a bump. Worst service I have EVER had from any company. Firstly, they came to collect my car with a trailer (standard practice) but then decided it would be more fun to drive it 30 miles back to their Garage! Job was to replace a door and respray rear bumper. Work was completed but car returned with white paint splashed all over wheels, black trim, door mirror, pretty much everywhere! Spoke to Manager and then a company Director who apologised and said they would rectify the work. Collected car a 2nd time (this time I made sure it was taken on a trailer). Car returned in exactly same state! I have now had to pay £300 to a professional valeting company for paint restoration and removal of splashes on black trim. Luckily could only be done because car was same colour as paint splashes, otherwise would have been a full respray. Also had to pay £400 to a wheel refurb company to return wheels to normal. In total, this has cost me £700 to fix faults this Garage did. Thats without the extra cost of people having to take days off work so car could be collected / dropped off more times than needed. Came very close to taking this place to small claims court but to be honest, never want to hear of this place ever again. I have added pics as proof of this post. AVOID THIS GARAGE. If your Insurer refers you here, you DO have the right to request another Garage of your choice. **UPDATE** Garage have responded trying to lie that they had no involvement, to limit damage to their reputation. Firstly, by "trailer" I meant the back of a pick up truck which they DO use. And secondly, to ensure there is no question, I have now attached a copy of their collection note on which I made sure to state "NOT SATISFIED"."
