"Agreed by phone to travel to the garage when they open at 10am so they can run diagnostics as I needed an estimate for my warranty company before any work was done. I attend on time, barely able to park, only for the young lad on reception to tell me to leave my car there all day as no one was available. I couldn't do that as I'd travelled from Skipton. He arranged for an email to be sent "within the hour" giving me an estimate. Six hours later, I received an email. I explained I needed it to show VAT, and a breakdown of costs... absolute silence from this company. Having wasted an hour and a half travelling to and from their garage, emails, phone calls and voicemails have been totally blanked. Thanks for absolutely wasting my time."
