Not only did Andrew himself show me how to get the best out of the hoover, but he took time and patience to make sure I knew exactly what I was doing. Every aspect of the hoover was covered, with extra tips on how to make it suit my needs. I cannot recommend Andrews Electrical enough the after care is first class with the added personal touch (rare to find these days)"
"Burning smell coming from our washer dryer. Engineer was prompt and courteous, explained the issue and cost of repair. He pointed out as we had asked, that it would be better to buy a new machine because of the cost of the part and age of machine (20 years old). Brilliant service, concise description of issue and estimated cost. Would recommend to anyone with a washer problem, great value! Bob"
"Very pleased with the entire service I received here , it made me realise that there is a need for us to seek out smaller independent businesses because there is more of a personal service . The two engineer’s that came to fit my integral dishwasher and microwave were faultless and could not do enough to ensure good quality service , leaving not a trace behind them and ensuring I fully understood the workings of the appliance’s and that I was happy with them . Would definitely recommend."
"Very disappointed with the service today Came out to repair my washing machine spent about 10mins on it said it would be ok now. Took my £69.00. I tried it still not working. No call out now till the middle of the week. Outrageous"
"Atrocious service! DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!The engineer turned out quickly and charged me £69 for this. The call out was for an American fridge freezer and a falcon range cooker. The fridge needed a full defrost it turned out but the cooker was diagnosed as needing a thermostat. This was after a cursory examination. After a week I was told my cooker (not currently in production) didn't exist according to Rangemaster (the manufacturer) by the engineer. I asked him to look further into it. A few days later he told me that Rangemaster had identified it but the parts were obsolete and unobtainable. I asked for suggestions and he didn't reply. At all. I then contacted Rangemaster direct and surprise surprise all parts were immediately available and for a charge the cooker was fully fixed. Albeit with a different diagnosis - the thermostat was in fact fine but had it been faulty the part was still available. I challenged Andrews of shipley about this and they came up with a convoluted story about it being Rangemasters fault for misleading them and still refused to refund me. I spoke to the owner of the company over the phone who I found to be very arrogant and stubborn, he refused to listen to any of my points and failed to accept any of his companies shortcomings."
