"ZERO STARS‼️ I have been trying to get an appointment for myself for the last 5 months at this health centre. They say phone in the morning but then you never get through as they're lines are busy, I've been told multiple times that there are no doctors in, and that somehow at 8:30 am all their appointments are booked up. I have actually been there with my son for his appointment before, our appointment was at 2:30 and they didn't see him until 3:15. I think it's outrageous, the staff who work on reception clearly have no consideration for the surgery's patients, nor do the doctors by the look of things. They need seriously investigating, especially if that dodgy doctor is still involved with the surgery."

"This place has plummeted into the depths of absolutely useless. The receptionist is plain evil, she answers the phone after an half hour wait and speaks to you like you are a piece of dirt. She talks like she is god and you are not going to get past her. She is disgraceful and should never work at a Doctors especially on reception. A female prison officer perhaps or the devils sidekick. All of my family have moved from here since the the receptionist was employed"

"I must share my experience today at the surgery. Manjit at reception handled an urgent request for my elderly mum brilliantly and the locum Dr. Javed Khokhar who tended to mother was absolutely one the best doctors we've come across in a very, very long time. He was so thorough, caring, observant and professional my mother and I can't praise him enough. Please bring him back to the surgery, he's a real asset to you. I would've given 5 stars however, the phone answering capacity at this surgery really needs improvement as it should not be so hard to get through and the wait times onhold are excessive. I also want to recognize Suraj on reception who has in the past been very helpful via email and in person to me. You have some lovely people in your team, Please fix the wait times on hold and bring in more GPs who are willing to do more face to face appointments to handle the volume of patients you have then I'm sure your ratings will improve! Dr. khokhar, by seeing my mother in person, picked up on an issue that would not have been picked up by a phone appointment. Thank you again!."

"The surgery is good to an extent but now i can see why all the reviews are very low rated after i experienced some nonsense and disorganisation. Attended the surgery at 8.30am for some child immunisations, only to be told that there are no nurses in today and so nothing was booked into the diary. The receptionist walked up and down the reception for a few minutes only to then rearrange the appointment for 2 weeks later! We were then notified that Bridge Park Plaza should've called them to let them know to rearrange... hang on... do these receptionists not look at the appointments that qill be happening the next day?! If you knew there were not going to be any nurses on that day you make the patients come to you very early early in the morning to then disappoint them... then you wonder why the surgery has such a bad reputation?! Why is it so hard to call the patient to let them know that their appointment won't be going ahead the following day? You're all on the computer faffing around and sending out messages because i got a text message prior about needing to speak to the GP only for nobody to answer the phones?! Surgery is shambles and needs organising and discipline."

"I am a patient at this surgery and have been for the past 19 years!!! Since Dr K Singh has left this surgery, I have no work to describe!!! A call back was arrange for me for an all day anytime but I missed the call when Dr called me! This was the 2nd time I call my doctor back in 5 days. I rang the surgery 3 times after missing the call and the reception sounded annoyed that I have called back 3 times! When call the 3rd time I was told by receptionist that she will call me half 6pm. Received call back at 6:34 to be only told to go to eye clinic as they can’t really do anything about it. That’s really annoyed me and I end up shouting at her to why they could say that when I have called them twice before? Why they haven’t call me back to say I need to go to emergency eye clinic!! I was passed through to dr to be only told they move on if the patient don’t answer and they don’t just don’t sit around doing nothing!! At no point I have said that all I was asking to why they haven’t told me this before when I called and why they saying it after 6:30pm!! Dr passed my call back to receptionist unannounced and I was told that I was talking to the receptionist. I was disgusted and ended up ringing 111 as was also suffering with vertigo but my Dr have not provided me with any prescription, stating there nothing they can prescribe for vertigo!!! Really??? This surgery don’t even deserve one start!!"
