"Will not be leaving again. When I dropped my dog off there was no contact between ?owner and dog, no friendly greeting, no questions about dislikes likes, personality etc. Left him and felt unsettled. Picked him up today, bed and his toys were damp. ? Owner did not even acknowledge my presence when I arrived to collect him. The smell of my dog filled the car on the way home, never had this before. Would not recommend. I have experienced the difference between kennel owners. Quite a contrast here!"

"Many kennels won’t take Rottweilers - we had 5, sadly only 2 now but they all get mega excited when the know where they’re going! Fantastic kennels and great to know your pets are having as good a holiday as us xx"

"I collected my 2 gsds in such a grossly horrendous stench. My car stung heavily, and these poor dogs smell extremely foul. Full of urine. Ive used this kennel before but put the smell of thinking it was a one off. These dogs have left my entire house to smelly and atrocious, just like kennel smell, its bad and unbearable i had no option but to pay £100 for them to be washed and blow dryed the next day. Wayne may be nice, but he keeps conversations short and simple and dont talk much at all.when asked questions. I did stress these dogs wont toilet in their area and they need going out more than once, which i was assured they would! Not sure if they did as theres so many dogs and no staff about. That smell needs eradicating, gives me impression they not getting hygienically cleaned as thier bedding which i had washed prior to going in kennels was again smellg of urine and feaces. They are ever so cheap, maybe this is why, theres a reason they are so cheap. Definitely wont be putting our gorgeous dogs their, sorry not for us, wouldnt recommend it at any cost"

"Awful, horrible place. DONT SEND YOUR PETS HERE. Our dog came back very thin, stinking of urine and he was just not himself. They claimed that he wouldn’t eat any of the food that was given to them to prepare but I believe that they never attempted to feed him the way we told them to, and instead was just giving him dry biscuits. My Dog is not used to just dry biscuits as he has been fed a mixture of rice and biscuits since he was a small puppy so that’s clearly why he looks thin. Further to that he seemed extremely agitated and skittish, it’s very concerning and upsetting. How can this place claim to care about the well-being of any dog when all they have done is mistreat my dog. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER go here."

"The man that works at the kennels is lovely, you can tell he really cares for animals and my dog loves him. The only thing is the lady that works there is awful, her attitude put me so on edge about leaving my dog there and puts me of leaving him in the future. Overall the place is okay the girl just really doesn’t seem to care about the animals or there owners"
