My cat tried to eat a wasp, stung his mouth, and within 45 mins of calling Avenue, he was signed up, assessed, given a steroid injection and flea treatment, and they were so kind and patient with him. "I needed an urgent appointment for my 10yo cat and came here for the first time. The experience was incredible and I highly recommend this veterinary group. The lady on reception was very empathetic and efficient, and booked us in within an hour. Our vet, Ash, was fantastic, extremely patient, gave me loads of great advice and different options to consider. He really took the time to put my cat at ease, and she wasn't distressed at all (unlike at other visits to a different vets). Also thank you to the lady who helped carry my cat to the car as I can't do any heavy lifting. The whole team clearly cares about the animals and their owners, they provide an incredible service and I am so grateful for the help they gave me today - thank you!"
