"They came only once in this year to charge up my flat battery And even though I had already paid up front for the highest level cover for the year, they still somehow charged my account extra calling it inflation charge without my consent How can this can this allowed ? I am sure they are not allowed to do this and it is illegal. once a contract has been agreed and paid for they can’t surely change the agreed amount later in the middle of the year ? Not impressed at all. Will not be using this company again even though they appear to be cheaper then others. Don’t be fooled"
"DON'T BE FOOLED BY CHEAP PRICES!! This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased an annual mobile insurance policy in November 2022 and was shocked to discover a 13.4% increase in price just three months later, despite already paying for the full year. To add insult to injury, the price of a new policy is now cheaper than what I'm currently being charged. The company's contract and business practices are far from transparent and the service I've received is below average, to the point of rudeness. I've been waiting eight days for a response to my email, and the phone lines are inaccessible. According to their bot, it could take up to eight weeks to get a reply. I feel that I was mis-sold this premium under false pretenses, and I will be filing complaints with the FCA and Citizens Bureau. I've been a customer since 2017, but this will be my last policy with them. I now realise that cheaper doesn't always mean better."
"Worst company ever, tricky and not transparent. When I renewed they double the price and called them cancel. They gave me the same price as last year and told me same conditions and asked me to pay over the phone. Later they sent documentation and went through discovering in small letters that they can increase the price by RPI+3.8% during the contract. Immediately, I sent question online (that's the way to raise questions to them!) and still not answer, because if it was valid I would cancel. Suddenly, after few days I started, I received email "now it's time to charge you an extra 13.5% and £11.50 for a cover of £35". First of all they hide it over the phone, second they never replied to my question on that, third they just charge 35% and not 13.5%! Keep away from those companies. 3 years customer, never again."
"I had a policy last year , I cancelled it in November 2022. They have just taken money out of my bank. I am finding impossible to get a message to them. I rang 2 times, waited 40mins on the 1st time and then an hour and five minutes to be cut off. terrible service from this Company."
"I had a prompt via email to advise my policy was due for renewal in 2 weeks. As I no longer required the policy, I canceled this immediately. I followed the instructions on the phone options, which advised cancel "easily" via the website. I did so, followed by the cancellation fee being charged shortly after. 2 weeks on, money had been taken from my account funny enough for the policy renewal. When I questioned this, they had received my cancellation request 2 weeks earlier, and blamed the system and I had quoted my previous policy hence why it renewed. How am I then able to cancel the upcoming renewal, if that is how the system works? Luckily, I was not relying on the money however it is not good practice and shows either the system needs some work or something more in-depth. The service was nothing to write home about either. Dynamo, not impressed."
