"1.Ordered a taxi pick up , double checked details with booking person, confirmed pick up address (church hall) and time , taxi arrived 15 minutes early and refused to come to pick up point , driver was arguing on phone stating pick up point was at church and NOT church hall (different address) as per the booking . 2. Booked return taxi trips a week in advance , double checked with booking person all details (times ,addresses correct) sadly had to cancel return taxi trips, on cancellation was advised that only outgoing taxi has been booked , no trace of return booking that was agreed and booked !"
"My own car turned up on time and waited patiently whilst the person I supported got to the car. We were dropped at the home without issue. However, a taxi had been ordered that morning to come to the home at the time we were dropped off in ours. Our driver dropped us and left, whilst my colleague was on the phone trying to find out where the booked taxi was as it was 10 minutes late. She was told it would be another 10 minutes, despite our driver just pulling off the drive. She agreed to wait despite the fact that our residents were late for their appointment. Some 15 minutes later we called back again and were told it would be a further 20 minutes. Thus really isn't good enough and the issue needs to be sorted post haste"
