"Appalling service, 15mins late for journey to train station no apology claiming traffic bad on road I could see was clear. When I challenged reception he said 'you can see whole road can you'. Called Dragon who came in 5mins but missed connection for flight. Used Star for years won't ever use these again. g office when failed to arrive 15mins later. "Booked a taxi from Morrisons to my home and taxi never showed up. Then received a text saying the driver had been there but I wasn't. Phoned the office they insisted I had got a text saying when the cab arrived, which I did not get. Second taxi then turned up 45 minutes after my original call and I was charged £6.50 for the journey. Same journey that Dragon, Chow and Capitol have charged £4.50 for. I live less than a mile from Morrisons. But as it was pouring down and I had shopping I had to get a taxi. Will never be using this sorry excuse for a taxi firm again. Zero customer service and extortionate inflated prices."
