"Tried to book a cab on Friday afternoon for Monday morning was told by the ignorant operator no fully booked before I had a chance to say what time I wanted it. I pointed this out to him then then told him what time I wanted it 9.15 to 20 past. I was told no fully booked. I don't think the company should be employing this ignorant person his people skills is nonexistent. I will not be using this company again."
