"Shocking experience. Booked 2 x 8 seater for a party to coventry 2 weeks ago. Got a call when they were meant to arrive that only one would be arriving and he was 30 minutes late. Didn't do anything to sort the issue even though we PRE BOOKED! We also had them booked to bring us back at 5pm to get multiple calls that they didn't know how to get to us after explaining multiple times. To the point we were 30 minutes in and still hadn't picked us up! Ended up spending double on an uber because they are rubbish!!! AVOID unless you want disappointment!"
