Bought my house in September 2021 and not completed until April 2022 due to delayed progress by staff that been passing the case for one member of staff to another by the end I was on the fourth person that was dealing with my file. Very poor communication between staff and client at all levels. I am aware of delays due to covid but based on my personal experience I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone."
