"I advise nobody to use this taxi service. I booked a taxi 3 hours in advance rang and asked where my taxi was. He said it was about 10 15 minutes away. Then swore at me when I was on the phone to him. Just use uber. Cheaper and easier than dealing with these."

"Work arranged drop off and pick up at Birmingham Airport, after a great service being picked up at 2.30am was completely let down by the pick up, after 12 days away from home with work was looking forward to home, boarding the plane recieved a text to say call the driver when I had collected luggage, on arrival got another text saying another driver was collecting me, he called me to say he was just leaving Leicester!!!! Told him to forget it as it would be a minimum of 2 hours before I got home, ended up paying way more for a Birmingham Airport taxi to take me home, will not be using or recommending again!!"
