"If zero stars was an option, then that's what they'd be getting! My renewal went up by over £200 a year (no claims, no accidents, no convictions). I called to ask if they could tell me why it had increased so much and the operator said that in order to keep the costs down they had to put some premiums up? I then asked if they could look again at the price - she refused. Shocking customer service. I have since found better, more comprehensive cover (their policies don't allow you to drive another car, theft of the vehicle etc.) for £700 less!"

"After my 1st year of cover, my renewal suddenly increased bt almost £200. I had made no claims or changes to the policy. So why the sudden increase?? When I tried to ring and cancel, I was on hold for 45 mins before I got though to an operator. She could offer me no proper explanation for the increase in cost. I managed to get my policy cover elsewhere for less than what Wiser Choice offered me last year!"
