"Very happy with my fitted wardrobes and it was fitted in a day. Mix of communication to booking my fitted (was booked without my knowledge) however still managed to go ahead - just had to have my parents over to oversea fitting and let workmen in. Only little downsides I'll say is that the metal was all cut in my bedroom, dust sheets were put down and covering my bed but metal shards did fly so they were found around the bedroom. Shame it wasn't done outside especially when it was a dry day. Also wardrobes didn't come flush to the wall, 2 inch strip left which needs painting unfortunately as I hadn't painted all the side walls in the alcove as I thought wardrobe doors would come right across - sorry! Overall the quality is amazing and the storage is just what I needed. Design spot on, so thank you."

"I have been to Reflectalux twice now, two separate bedrooms with two different sets of requirements. Both times the team have been fantastic; from the initial design meetings through to the completion of the installations. Primarily, the designer takes the time to understand my needs as a customer. Then, based on over 30 years of designing rooms, we walk though what would work functionality-wise but what would also maintain the aesthetics of a beautiful room. We bounced ideas of each other and produced a design which captured everything I wanted and needed. A second visit then provided me with drawings of the design and started the “official” side of the process whereby I signed-off the design, paid the deposit and got the ball rolling. A subsequent conversation with the Reflectalux office staff secured dates in the diary and a timeframe to work to. Most of the payment was paid to Reflectalux a few days prior to the install with only a small amount paid upon completion. For both of the rooms I had done, there was a requirement to dismantle the existing wardrobes which Reflectalux did a week prior to install, providing me time to decorated and prepare the rooms for the install. Install, on both occasions, was seamless and ultimately professional. Mark was my install guy on both rooms and his work is impeccable. We discussed any potential hurdles, such as wiring (we had lights on our second install), his daily plans and targets, etc, and he finished on schedule on both installs. Basically, all I did was provide a steady flow of tea, which is standard for any quality tradesperson. The finished room, on the first install, was beyond my expectations, hence I was straight on the phone to them again when I needed the second room doing. At some point in the future I will be getting my home office kitted out. I have already spoken to Bob at Reflectalux about that and I know I will be on the phone to them in the not-too-distant future about starting that too. Would I recommend Reflectalux? Absolutely….and some."
