"My daughter trained with Eight Limbs until she got her red band. I can honestly say that I felt that she was always at the right place for her training. Raf and Rad always went above and beyond and are brilliant and incredibly knowledgeable and extremely talented instructors. As a mother initially, I worried that my daughter would feel a little pushed out with Muay Thai being a predominantly male-oriented discipline, but the classes were always very inclusive and over time, my daughter not only trained with her classmates but they also became friends too. 5 stars."
