"If your pet has a serious issue, I wouldn’t recommend going here if time is of the essence. While the staff are all really lovely, my pets time was wasted by miscommunicating with us, swapping vets in the next appointment we had (which was important because how can a different vet tell the improvement/deterioration of health from the previous appointment), and general inconvenience of us having to take time out of work for pointless appointments. They have to outsource to Richmond for certain things like dental, so I would only recommend this place if you want to get your pet any basic help it needs, like worming tablets and such. As I said, the staff are all really lovely and friendly but unfortunately that alone doesn’t cure pets that are in pain and discomfort"

Sometimes not very organised and they don't send any reminders so make sure you set your own and you know exactly what and when your pet had and is due for their treatments, visits (info might be missing or recorded incorrectly in the system). Staff is friendly and the vets are generally good."
