"My favourite place! Every class is an absolute pleasure, whether it's hoop, dance, or pole (not that I'm any good at it). Each instructor is well experienced, helpful and a good laugh. The classes are very relaxed, making it easy to attend even when you don't know anyone else. Finally, for anyone struggling with body confidence, one or two classes here and you'll be on the road to feeling 10 times better. Everyone is so supportive, friendly and quite frankly, no one cares how you look. It's all about lifting eachother and having good fun."
