"Very impressed with Insta Living. I ordered a very modern tv stand from them for about £270. At short notice I changed the order on Monday to the smaller unit, realising it would cater for my 55" Tv. I e mailed Sophie and good as gold they changed my order. I received the revised product within a few days and several days later they refunded me on the difference in price of about £70. The smaller unit was on special offer. Absolutetly delighted with the Sirius 1200, which was out of stock elsewhere and which was reduced by £25 on my purchase. Insta living could not have been more helpful."

Friday came and went and no email, I emailed again and was told I would be informed of my delivery date later that day......no email. On Tuesday morning I emailed again to say that I was frustrated with no details on my delivery. A few hours later I received a text and email to say I had been given a refund. I emailed to find out why I had been given a refund and they have failed to reply........complete amateurs......avoid this seller."
