"I booked a Collins Taxi to take me to Manchester for a medical appointment. The taxi was on time and a good trip in. However after the appointment a local taxi pulled up at the hospital and I got in, thinking it was mine, it wasn't. My Collins taxi was to arrive to pick me up at the hospital and I had left in the wrong taxi. The traffic was bumper to bumper and I feel terrible for making this silly mistake. Of course I apologised and paid him the same amount as my trip there. It was a silly mistake that caused the driver to have to waste so much time in heavy traffic to and from Manchester from Cleckheaton and back. The driver was so kind about my stupid mistake. I would like to say Thankyou for you patience and understanding. I am 75 and the day wasn't one of my best. Sorry."
