"Found the older woman with grey hair rude. Was given three tubes of glucose tabs,..they were out of date since last month, so they would not accept money for them. I rely on them for my diabetes (hypos), so I asked if the other boxes were going to be thrown away could I buy them at a reduction or have them if they won't accept money.. then the rude haired woman shouted 'I've already thrown them away'. What a waste culture we live in! Someone who needed them for medical condition and would use them but the pharmacywould rather throw 2 large boxes out. Disgusting."
"Most unorganised staff in the pharmacy if u ask me told 5/10 mins wait 55 minutes later and soaking wet stood next to a little old lady who had been waiting the same amount of time if not a few minutes before me!!!! Maybe speed up and give a more accurate amount of waiting time as im freezing cold due to the staff moving at sloth speed. Had issues in the doctors itself also with appointments passed between the doctors and the hospital and was told it was not there issue! Its my job to give u the sample and u pass it on but instead u lost the samples provided when its a cancer test i expect more!!! Will be moving doctors and pharmacists"
