"This pharmacy used to be brilliant, and even delivered repeat prescriptions. That was when it was part of Cana surgery. Now it’s independent with a new pharmacist. No more deliveries and the pharmacist is very rude. He made my mother, who had been in hospital, sit outside in sub zero temperatures while he prepared the prescription. When my mother queried this he said she could go somewhere else. Rude, arrogant man."
