"I had my blood test booked and I arrived ON TIME. By the time receptionist attended me it was 3 min past my appointment due to the long queue. My blood test was denied because of this! The receptionist was willing to cooperate but Laraine was extremely rude and extremely inhuman in her treatment and she just wouldn't do my test. Please take action against this female who is been reported several times by several people and who doesn't value the work she's doing. Nobody is jobless and nobody has too much time to just drive till the pharmacy just to get an appointment denied for NO REASON. If it is lunch time then the system shouldn't take any bookings during the time. If not, people should be considerate about few minutes of delay arpund the appointment time and especially caused by long queue."

"I visited Styvechale Pharmacy today to book a blood test appointment. I joined the long queue and there was an old lady I front of me. She waited patiently for about 10 minutes in the queue, when it was her turn to be served she told the lady that she had came for a blood test for 3.20pm it was now 3.30pm and she was told that she had to book another appointment because she was late. The old lady said I was queuing up, she was then rudely told that she should have booked in online upon entry to the pharmacy, she told the lady she didn’t see the machine and did not know if this process she was clearly elderly and confused. The rude lady on the counter abruptly told her she needed to arrange another appointment. Everyone in the quesadilla that was outrageous but she took no notice and organised another appointment for next Wednesday. Yet a man behind me whom had checked in online was waiting 10 minutes for his appointment beyond his time! I felt so sorry for the elderly lady whom looked very upset and confused by the situation and the technology yet no sympathy or allowances were made for her. I seen her walking back across the Leamington road with her walking stick looking frail and my heart broke for her. Shame on you Styvechale Pharmacy receptionist for your abhorrent treatment of this old lady I am sure you could have accommodated her appointment. I am absolutely disgusted and so was everyone else in the queue!!"

"I have an extremely poorly 18 month old grandson. After phoning more chemists than I can remember tonight to obtain his medication, i called this pharmacy and they were beyond helpful. A quick call to his gp to change his script and this chemist supplied the meds. I cannot show how grateful I am that my baby grandson will not suffer like he was for any longer. Fantastic service, I'm so very grateful. Thank you."

"I had been having problems with my hearing for some time , then I saw an advertisement for ear irrigation at Styvechale Pharmacy. I was somewhat apprehensive but rang and booked an appointment which was really easy . The following day I attended the appointment to see Hima who was so lovely and put me at ease and examined my ears and explained that they needed irrigating. I was provided with olive oil to apply and another appointment . Hima was so good she explained everything to me and although it took 2 appointments i now have my hearing back and wish I had done this earlier. Would definitely recommend this service. Thank you"

"I've used the pharmacy for several years now. They carry out my flu vaccination and also my blood tests which are needed every six months. It has always provided a reliable and friendly service.
