"Great store, always busy. Staff do very well considering there seems to be less of them on the shop floor than before. The click and collect process needs addressing though, you still have to join the rather long queue to then get asked to wait to the side, then to join another queue over the opposite side. Defo needs improving."

"Boots is quite decent for perfumes and cosmetics. Good membership card perks to go with that. On the pharmacy front some of the medication is a bit expensive compared to Tesco pharmacy. But they do have some generic medication which is about half the price compared to the branded ones."
