"Horrified to be informed my mums medication was not sent in her usual trays, because they are too stressed and stretched to put patients meds in trays. I am not buying it as the Goverment is allowing pharmacies to close upto 2.5 hrs a day in order to catch up. My mum is half blind with cataracts in both eyes and has glaucoma. She ended up taking dangerous drugs at the wrong time. I had to break isolation/social distancing guidance to go over to my mums house at 11pm on a Saturday to organise them whilst she sat there crying and confused."
