Boots Pharmacy 163 Daventry Road, Coventry CV3 5HD

"This happened 2 weeks back somewhere around 2-6th May. I am appalled by the service there at the Boots Pharmacy. There is one South Asian woman, with long black hair (I couldn’t notice the name) who is by far the worst ever person serving at Boots. She harassed me so much!! I was checking out lipsticks in the cosmetic section and using testers on my hand. She kept coming and reminding me only to use testers which I was already doing!! She then asked another staff member another Asian woman to come and say the same things to me. I have grown up in the country and I know exactly what products to use as testers. She thought I was opening up the new lipsticks to try on my hand. Ok I took a bit long to choose the lipstick of my choice but she was infuriated! I Said really mean things to me and started screaming. She again thought I used the new lipsticks on the rack other than testers! I mean we are from educated backgrounds, but her behaviour was absolutely uncalled for. She was huffing and puffing and walked away in anger as I told her that is not the way to speak to customers! She came back to again scream at me but I said I wasn’t keen to talk to her anymore. Finally, I was served by the other Asian lady and I bought the lipstick. @Boots, you really need to get competent and polite people in your store. Atleast train them properly! I am a doctor and work in health care industry. There is no way am I ever going to visit the store at Daventry road. If you don’t believe me @boots please check your camera recordings."

"THE WORST EXPERIENCE; theres a older lady there who works there, I believe she is the mother of the optician who does the tests. This lady will not give you a break, she literally gives you no space to choose what you want to buy or if you can get glasses for free she wont let you look at them glasses and she'll force you to look at the ones you pay for which I don't mind but she cannot dictate what I do buy and what I don't. I don't need prescribed sunglasses and she tries to force me to buy sunglasses because we obviously live in sunny England don't we. She needs to be fired for guilting people into buying things they don't need and not giving customers any personal space. I will definitely make a formal complaint to Boots customer service and HR. Stop hiring incompetent people, I've now moved to Specsavers down the road and I'm actually very happy. They let me choose what I want and don't cause a fuss around me. Also told my whole family to move to Specsavers and will continue to recommend it to my friends who go to this horrible opticians. I'm not the only one who has a problem with the way their staff behaves here."
