They’ve employed a driver who was driving a minibus on the school run who blocks the road in cae brackla and this morning they started to pull out as I was passing so I sounded my horn to let them know they were about to hit me and they got aggressive and tried ramming the side of my car. Can’t believe the driver of the company thinks they own the road with kids on the bus. Sort yourselves out"

"Never arrive on time to pick up my children to and from school. On many occasions my ADHD son who needs Constant supervision has been left waiting outside of school for unto 45 minutes. My daughter is in a special school for children with mental health problems. This week they didn’t turn up to pick her up for three days. When they did finally turn up it was three minutes before she had to start school which is a 20 minute drive. The driver has been rude and aggressive towards us. I’ve asked him to be removed yet they keep sending him here. My daughter is scared and intimidated and they don’t care!! I was late to work twice last week because I had to take her into school. They take on school contracts that they can’t do and treat families like rubbish"
