"Staff are rude particularly the security. I was buying tickets online ,one for my self 3 others for my ladies friends, I managed to get 3 for £11 for the ladies, looks all over the websites to see why the are not doing for gents no information. When we arrived , they told me the gents tickets have all been sild out and I should pay 20 quid for the entry I complained and told them there is no information provided on their Web site and its so unfair that I'm having to that much much when it's not my fault. Upon being searched, they asked me to remove the hat I was wearing which I did an as I was walking in another security guy said that I can't go in holding a hat and I had to pay 3 pounds to keep my hat. If this is not robbery, then what is it? The fact that they are only taking cash at the door is this not corruption? Then on top of that I tried to go to my car to pick something up, the bouncer told me if I leave, they will deny me entry, and then when i asked him why they are not doing stamps or wrist tags and the response I got was 'because I don't want ' I feel they should be reported to financial conduct authority."
