"On 5th Jan we went into the store and booked a Florida stay with a Disney cruise . Chanel and Alice both helped us with the booking . Their expertise and knowledge was above and beyond . Had twin teenagers with us who asked lots of questions , both staff members took time to answer every question with patience and enthusiasm. They helped us book transfers and since then I have popped down with questions and again went out of their way to assist . We are very happy with the service received with both Chanel and Alice . Alice is one of the managers at the store but took time to spend with Chanel to help us get the best experience . Both members of staff were exceptional and I will defiantly be using them again ."
