"We had our daughters birthday party here and it was great! All the kids had a lovely time feeding and handling the animals. There's a nice park and nature trail too. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable and were excellent with the kids. It's definately going to become a frequent place for us to visit!"
"Always great to explore here , we decided to stay on the woodland path to the beautiful pond which I've not seen since I was about 9. We used to cycle up and help to plant some young tree's . Anyway we walked around with our children"
"A lovely, lovely morning out! Lots to see :- animals, woodland, farm buildings, gnomes, fairy trails, ponds...the list goes on and on. Food available at a cafe too and a play area."
"This is such a special place, run by a charitable trust for the benefit of the community, that I've enjoyed visiting for over 25 years. They do great work with children and young people and are supported by many volunteers. It's a great place to bring the kids to meet the farm and other animals, have an ice cream or light lunch, run off some energy or walk along the trail through the woods. I've visited alone today, looking for a place to enjoy being outdoors and have particularly appreciated the woodland trails and beautiful pond and there's plenty of space to find a quiet corner to rest and relax. It used to be entrance by donation, but there's now a modest charge and they encourage online booking. I love this place and only wish I lived closer!"
