"I had a shower room delivered by plumbworld. I had no proper warning of the type of delivery. It's only suitable for big building sites. It was an enormous lorry which didn't fit down my close. There was a silly electric sack truck which could not go over gravel or up a lowered pavement. The driver only helped me when I said he'd have to take it back because it would get stolen left on the pavement. Hassle to get all the wrap off the pallet so you could carry the stuff. Refused to help me in the house with it so it stayed on my front garden in the rain til my sons got home. I paid £40 delivery. I could have got a proper man and van for that."
