"Our first time at the bear pit. We saw nevilles island. A very funny play performed by 4 very accomplished actors. A lovely small theatre."
"A lovely little theatre with a bar and toilets, helpful and friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The stage is 'in the round' which makes you feel really connected to the performance and the actors. We went to see a production of 'Neville's Island' on possibly the hottest day of the year, the theatre is attached to a church which we were able to sit in to enjoy our interval drinks, blissfully cool!"
"Our first time at The Bear Pit Theatre and we had a great time. We had to keep our masks on as is the norm at the moment but that didn't detract from our enjoyment. We visited the bar area and I was very surprised how reasonable the prices were, the drinks were put into plastic cups and one thing to remember you can't take your bottle into the theatre so get a big cup! It's a small intimate theatre so you may find yourself sat pretty much in the middle of everything completely different to the bigger places but well worth trying."
