"My word, this is a terrible Boots. There's just never anything in there. It's so bizarre. The shelves are consistently about as stocked as an empty box of Oxo. And the staff just look bored (probably from a lack of shelves to stock up)."
"Ammmazing inefficiency and timewasting at this boots due to mismanagement. The pharmacist has decided to "go for lunch" at 10.30am on a working day (Monday) and wont be back until 12pm earliest. And prescriptions can't be issued without him! I need the medicines urgently for my family so am waiting here for almost hour and half on a working day where this should have been a 5 min job. Seriously AVOID this boots!"
